2023 Preston City Mela Festival

This year Preston City Mela was looking forward to being back on Moor Park. Unlike when we were there last in 2007, it was an absolutely lovely day. Thankfully not that crazy hot that we’d had recently, it was just right. By the time we got to around 1.30pm the area was an absolute throng of people around the stage, in the stalls & activities areas and across the central area where people were picnicking, chilling, dancing, running around with Chinese Dragons, families chatting, catching up with old friends etc etc. Essentially everyone had a great time and here are some pictures to prove it.

These images were kindly taken by Sonia (the first gallery) and Krishna’s are in the next gallery. Enjoy!
